We awoke this morning to clear blue skies and glorious sunshine in contrast to yesterdays squally monsoonal rains. It was a much better day for the 4 hour drive to Bangkok that took slightly longer than normal due to a diversion. We arrived at Centre Point which is to be our home for the next 9 days, unpacked the car and made ourselves comfortable before walking to O'Shea's Irish Pub to meet our old friend Sally. Several beers later we returned home - hic!
